Meet the Team

Our team combines local knowledge, practical project planning, and customer communication. Between us we have worked on every kind of generator project, from essential-circuit systems to commercial installs. We work to help Fraser Valley property owners understand their generator options and the steps involved in installation and service.

The Roles You Will Work With

Project Manager

Runs your job, start to finish

Owns your project from the first call to the final test. Runs the load calculation, including the start-up surge from furnace blowers, heat pumps and well pumps, selects the generator and the automatic transfer switch, and books the electrical and gas permits and inspections with Technical Safety BC. Experience across homes, farms and commercial sites means fewer surprises on your lot.

Licensed Gas Fitter

Natural gas and propane

Sizes the gas line for the generator's full-load draw, checks your meter and regulator capacity, and pressure-tests every joint to CSA B149.1 before it is lit. Works on natural gas and propane, from in-town meters to rural tanks.

Licensed Electrician

Transfer switch and panel work

Wires the automatic transfer switch and the generator feed to the Canadian Electrical Code (CSA C22.1), sets up the essential-load circuits, and proves the transfer by simulating an outage before sign-off.

24/7 Service Coordinator

Answers when the power drops

Answers the emergency line any hour, books your free site visit, and keeps every enquiry moving. Same-day callback on every enquiry, and on emergencies we call back, usually within a minute.

Talk to the pros. Call any hour.

How We Work Together

Start With the Customer's Needs

Our approach begins with understanding the building, the electrical systems that matter, and the customer's expectations during an outage. The project manager plans the job, the licensed gas fitter and electrician build it to code, and the service coordinator keeps you informed and answers the phone around the clock.

Keep the Process Clear

Standby generator projects can involve electrical work, fuel connections, equipment placement, permits, and appropriately qualified trades. We aim to address these details carefully and explain what is involved before installation begins. Customers should understand their proposed backup coverage, basic system operation, and future maintenance responsibilities.
